I had recently submitted a case with Hyland seeking to understand why authentication for the desktop client would unexpectedly fail at the hand off from our IdP to Cisco DUO (MultiFactor Authentication). Hyland has seen a similar case and it is believed the embedded browser used by ImageNow is outdated from the perspective of Cisco and thus the connection is terminated.
Hyland went on to suggest the other customer experiencing this behavior established a case with DUO to arrive at this conclusion. We inquired with DUO and they claim no case was ever raised...subsequently, I am seeking guidance here.
