During our upgrade from 9.2 to 11.0.2, some file renditions were corrupted. I have a user that would like to have me delete a rendition that messed up things in the file. Is that possible to do, and if so, how. Thanks
Currently within OnBase there is no way to delete a rendition. Enhancement request 105305 was created to request this functionality. If you would like your Customer Record attached to this SCR please contact your first line of support.
This is something that we also were looking for ways to do in the past and it wasn't possible. I had our first line of support to also add us to this request. I just got a response, "Apparently the SCR has been closed and won’t be pursued. They feel there is too much risk to data integrity in allowing renditions to be deleted."
