Can we setup OnBase to support Database-Based authentication?

Hi Nader,

Thanks for the post.

If I understand what you are asking, the ability to setup database user authentication is not possible.  As I understand it, you are looking for OnBase to authenticate users and map OnBase user accounts based on those created at the database level.  This is not possible.  However, standard OnBase user accounts (meaning when the system is not setup for Single Sign-On - Config | Users | Username and Passwords), are stored in the OnBase database.  These are not database level users, but instead information stored and referenced in the OnBase database for authentication.

By default, database user authentication does occur, however it is for the workstation, not for the user.
