Data Mining Format - file format #6

Hello, I would like to configure a document type with the Data Mining Format file type so that when a user opens the report, it opens in Monarch, not OnBase. However, when I configure it this way it just opens in OnBase. Is this a licensing issue? If so, what is the specific license needed for this to work? We are on v18.0.1.62.

Also, once implemented, will this apply to the Unity client as well?

@Andy Miller looking through existing support cases similar to your query raised here, your best course of action is to reach out to your Account Manager and/or Customer Success Manager. Looking at your account profile, @Herb Till (herb.till@hyland.com) appears to be your Account Manager.

Respectfully,

George

Thanks George. However, I am hoping someone has a quick answer for this. It seems straightforward, hopefully a certain license that is needed for the functionality to work.

Hi @Andy Miller ,

The Data Mining Format File Format is used (or was used) with the Report Mining Integration for Datawatch which has be deprecated.

However, you can find out more about the File Format within the MRG.

If you would like to open Monarch without this integration, you could create a Custom File Format.

Best wishes.
