Hi everyone,
We've got a group of users who like to have the 'Custom Queries' toolbar button active within their thick clients. This requires that they get into the customize toolbar settings to add that particular button. They are on their own designated Citrix server, and we've noticed that their custom toolbar settings do not stick between sessions.
This is happening to every user on the server, and they are hoping we can fix it for 'em even though it is just a minor annoyance. From what I can gather, this type of setting isn't within the .ini, but we are having trouble pinning it down.
Can someone point me in the right direction, or has anyone else come up against similar issues thru Citrix?
