Creating Keyword List Reports with Multiple Instance of a Keyword or with a MIKG

I need to create a keyword list report for documents that have more than one instance of a keyword.  Even if I try this after creating a MIKG my report still only includes the first instance of the single keyword, or the first MIKG.  Is there a way to create a report that gives a separate line item when more than one instance of a keyword exists?

Hi Tiffany,

A keyword list report will only output the first instance of a keyword type. There is no built in mechanism to output the values for all the instances of a keyword type for a document. A custom report for Report Services could be created to obtain this information. Another option would be to create a Unity Script or VBScript that would output the desired information.
