Cascading dataset with AFKS

Hi,

I have a cascading dataset that I populated by importing a text file. I want to trigger an AFKS using this cascading dataset on a form.

I've assigned the AFKS to the primary keyword and I've selected it on the form, however nothing appears in the secondary keyword. What have I missed?

Realised I should've used an autofill keyword set for this rather than cascading dataset, please disregard.
