I have a Current Employee security keyword (set to either Y or N) that restricts employees from access documents of other employees. Most front line employees have the security keyword applied to their user group so they can't see documents where the keyword = Y.
I have a use case where I need one user group to have access to all documents in a single document type regardless of the current employee keyword value, but not all the other document types.
Is there a way to 'suspend' or override the security keyword just on one document type for that user group?
There is a "access restricted keywords" option in the document type/user group/override privileges menu, but reading this MRG this seems to only affect hidden keywords, not security keywords.
Is there a way to get around this or does anyone have another idea I could look at?
thanks!
