In unity client the user selects send to file and gets you do not have privileges to save the document. Where can I set these privileges for a group to be able to save the document?

We are running 17.173 in configuration user right the documents column 1st row is all checked and copy to clipboard is check in the 2nd column. How can I get this user to be able to send to file?Thank you
