Hi @Adam Spears ,

At this time (as of OnBase 24.1), OnBase does not support AWS S3 Multi Region Access Point for S3 Disk Groups.  R&D is aware of the request for the functionality.

Best wishes.

Hi Adam,

I will need to check if we specifically tested against multi-region access points, but in the meantime have you tried unchecking the Override Region box? From my knowledge of MRAPs, they cannot use a specific region in the request.

Mike

Enabling the Override Region was a requirement for sts to work.

We will have to wait on an answer from R&D on how the request to S3 is being generated and formatted to see if it's compatible. I see a couple limitations from AWS that may prevent our implementation from working correctly.
