Approver Performance

Hello for some reason our approvers must first log into OnBase before they appear in the approval forms to be approved by them.  Is there anyway to have all the approvers always show up as an approver in a form even if they have not logged into OnBase?

Thanks for the post.

I'm assuming that you are using user groups to assign approvers via Load Balancing within Workflow.  If this is the case, then you are correct that the users must first exist within OnBase for them to assigned work within Workflow.  In order to resolve the issue, the users will have to login to create the user accounts OR you can pre-load all user accounts by importing the accounts prior to login.
