We started using app enabler at the beginning of this year with our core banking software and it has only been used by a small group of employees. Recently we started adding more functionality into our app enabler configuration and one thing that has been happening very frequenly is we have a keystroke of Ctrl + R to run a custom query for our HR documents. The issue we have is it doesn't work and will beep at the person using it unless they use one of the other retrieval methods we have set up in app enabler first (Ctrl + Left Mouse Click does a regular doc retrieval based off of a tax ID).
Has anyone else experienced this issue or something similar and have a solution or something that I may need to change in our configuration?
