We have users running OnBase 11 on virtual machines. They are using Adobe 11 for viewing pdf documents. The virtual machines are 64-bit with OnBase think client 32-bit installs. Users are reporting that about every other document does not show up when indexing and they have to skip it and come back to it. Has anyone else experienced this? What was the fix?
