Administration Dashboard Viewer not showing results

We are not getting any results when trying to use the Administrative Dashboard for Distribution Services. I did see a post from 7/2020 that had a similar issue, and was resolved by signing in with the MANAGER/Administrator user. I have tried that as well and still not getting any results, is there any additional suggestions to get this working?

Hello Ashley,

I apologize for the delayed response. In order for the results to be displayed in the Distribution Service Administrative Dashboard, the following conditions must be met:

1. The environment must be licensed for the Reporting Dashboards module.

2. The user running the report must have the Reporting Dashboards privileges applied to one of their user groups in Config | Users | User Groups | Reporting Dashboards.

I followed these steps and still get the gray screen same as posted above.  Did you ever get this resolved in any other way than logging on with the Manager?
