Hi,
By mistake our Onbase Administrator deleted an user from Onbase. We need to enable the user so it can work, so the solution implemented was creating a new user. This came with consequences. First, is showing in the documents' history the deleted user by the "user (deactivated)" label. Also, the new create user, of course, has a new id number creating other situation with previous configurations.
Is there are a way to activate the delete user so we use the original user to login to Onbase? We don't find a way using the Onbase Configuration App.

The only way to get the "deleted" user back is by contacting FLOS and they will have to apply the fix at the database itself. This is the only way to fix this.
