9.2 OnBase - Inactive Users are displayed as Active sessions in web client admin - users

In the web client - admin - users - active sessions, we have seen users listed that show them as active for 100+ hours, for example.

Users do not remain logged in/active in the system for over 4 hours, typically.

Some users may exit out of OnBase when they are through while others may leave the window up.

AppNet web.config settings are as follows:

"EnableSessionExpiration" value="true"

sessionState Timeout timeout="30"

I don't see any other settings. Why would users appear in the Active Sessions window if they are not active and the web.config settings are set as such?

Thanks!

Lulu,

It may be that you have another OnBase Module installed on the workstation that is using the Session and is still active. Please contact your first line of support and involve Hyland Software Technical support so that we may evaluate the users that are logged in for long periods of time.

Hope this helps.

Doug
