Are you looking for more options for obtaining OnBase OCAPI Recertification? Today, users with a Premium Subscription account can renew their OCAPI Certification via Premium Subscription.
How does it work?
This option enables users to log into Premium Subscription, complete three (3) required courses, and submit proof of completion, which will in result grant certification an additional two years towards the current OCAPI certification.
What’s the process?
OnBase OCAPI recertification via Premium Subscription can be completed in 4 steps.
1.) Log into Premium Subscription
- If your organization has purchased a Premium Subscription, you will automatically have access to the Premium Subscription section of Training.Onbase.com

2.) Successfully Complete Three(3) Courses
1.) API: Basics of API and OnBase
2.) API: Enhancements in OnBase 13
3.) API: Enhancements in OnBase 14
3.) Review your My Training Transcript
- Visit the My Training page and verify that the value under the Status Column reads: “EXAM PASSED – WEB” for all three (3) courses mentioned in step two (2).

Note: to successfully complete each course, you must watch all videos and earn an 80% or higher on each course assessment.
4.) Submit an OCAPI Recertification Update Request Form
- Once all three (3) recertification courses have all been successfully completed, you must complete and submit an OCAPI Recertification Update Request Form.

The OnBase Certification Team will review and acknowledge the request.
*Note: You must submit an OCAPI Recertification Update Request Form to be eligible for recertification.
