Hello to our valued OneContent Mobile Media Capture (MMC) customers! In this blog post below, you will find information about how to update your solution to ensure you are operating on the most recent version, and your clinicians and physicians are fully supported – and details on new product features.

Since joining the Hyland family, we are integrating OneContent systems and working to limit interruptions for customers while providing support along the way. Our goal is to help you make the most of your investment and exceed your potential.

Updating your OneContent MMC 1.3 solution

Hyland will release OneContent Mobile Media Capture (MMC) 1.3 on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. You will be able to download this new version from the Apple Store upon its release. Due to the acquisition of OneContent, if a physician upgrades to the latest OneContent MMC application, they will neither have access to the keychain nor the application beyond the PIN screen.

Here’s what you need to know to update your solution to help ensure the physicians have continued access to their media capture page:

·        OneContent MMC customers will have to uninstall and reinstall the new Hyland application via the Apple Store.

Below are the prerequisites for updating to OneContent MMC 1.3:

·        iOS version 10.3

·        Network connectivity to the OneContent Integration Server for your facility; includes cellular network or Wi-Fi access

·        A valid physician OneContent Patient Folder login

o  Contact your OneContent Patient Folder system administrator for details
