In addition to this announcement, . The existing version-agnostic mobile applications currently in their respective stores are compatible with the Foundation version of the Mobile Broker. The goal of this decision is to better enable our customers to upgrade to OnBase Foundation, while still utilizing OnBase functionality across mobile devices and tablets. This decision should also remove the need to use OnBase Mobile with the Mobile Broker in any sort of IPUP scenario. Please note this enhanced support of OnBase Mobile and the Mobile Broker will only be available , while new customers should pursue the new OnBase Mobile application released in EP4, and accessed through our Hyland Mobile app for iOS and Android.
While I'm sure many of you are thrilled to read this news, there are additional considerations that I would like to bring to your attention. In the OnBase 18 and Legacy mobile apps, the was supported and could be leveraged. Unfortunately the OnBase IdP is only supported up to OnBase 18, and for that reason the . In addition to this, Mobile Briefcase was sunset in OnBase 18 so there will be no support for similar offline functionality in the below Foundation apps.
