Legacy Mobile Access Features NOT Supported in the OnBase Mobile app in OnBase Foundation EP5

With its initial release in OnBase Foundation EP4 and additional enhancements in EP5, the New OnBase Mobile app does not yet offer feature parity with the legacy OnBase Mobile apps natively developed for iOS and Android.  For those customers that do require features not yet supported, the option to deploy the OnBase Mobile Broker and Application Server with Foundation EP3 or EP5 versions is supported.


Here is the list of features not supported in the new OnBase Mobile app with OnBase Foundation EP5: 

  • Upload and indexing
    • Adjust image quality, color, brightness, or contrast prior to upload
    • Index cascading data sets
  • Keywords
    • Viewing security masked keywords
    • Viewing encrypted keywords
  • Viewing EDMS Image Markups
  • Cross references
  • PDF bookmark support
  • PDF signatures
  • HTML E-Forms
  • HTML Custom Queries
  • Workflow
    • Custom sorting and filtering
    • Workflow tasks that create or view
      Unity Forms, or E-Forms
  • Offline Support

Thank you very much for these details. This is a SUPER helpful reference table of information for us to be aware of going forward.

 

With that being said, are there ETA's or plans on when this functionality will be available? I am sure some of these would require a big back end update/change, but at the same time it would be nice if these features could be released as work is performed. Just my 2 cents. 🙂

Our customer just upgraded to 22.1 and is now using the Mobile 20.0.5. In Mobile 1.3.20 there was the User Admin option and staff with privileges could 'Unlock Users'. Admins used this functionality a lot. Is this an option available that needs to be enabled?
