Is there an ETA for offline support Tom? I know for companies that do any sort of deliveries that keeping a strong cellular signal can definitely be a struggle, especially in very rural areas with low to no cellular signal. So I am wondering when you will be supporting an offline mode.

Just to confirm, when you say the new mobile client does not support custom URL's, does that mean launching the new mobile app from another mobile app that was previously integrated won't work? For example, when you are in the EPIC EMR haiku/Canto mobile app you could previously launch the old mobile app to load an image that was stored inside of OnBase. So would this style of interaction work still or no?

Hi Ryan... at this time there is not a known ETA for offline support.

Hi Ryan... the example you provided is correct.  Integrating from third party apps using the Custom URLs is currently not supported in the new OnBase Mobile app.
