Virtual Print Driver and AZURE

So we have never used the thick client in AZURE before, but have configured recently for a project.  We have vendors logging into AZURE, and they use both Unity and Thick client.  OBUNITY.exe.config is set to True for VPD and the Thick client also has the appropriate switches.  Our VPD are rendering on the client side, however what seems to happen is that early or late in the day, when there are few users the VPD functionality works well, but when there are multiple users it stops working for most users.  the TIF images are sent to the OnBase Print Spool directory, they just never see the IMPORT dialog box.  Is this becuase a lot of users sign into the same host pool, and OnBase looks at them all as " the same PC"??  Maybe the initial user on a host it works for, but subsequent it fails on?

I do see a bunch of "Exception of type 'Hyland.Public.ServiceException' was thrown. ---> Source: Has been filtered TargetSite: Has been filtered Exception: Failed to get session for session id: 2f83a30b-1eb6-44e9-a40e-d8537c2a5082. " but I think that is more related to sessions with Unity client since VPD is installed locally.

Any help would be appreciated, or best practices for using VPD in virtual environments?

thanks in advance,

Nat
