We just set up a new scan queue.
We're getting an eror message:
"Unhandled error occured on line 3272: ScanCommon:: Process Scanned Page"
Does that error message look familiar to anyone?

Hi Greg,
Is your solution using Distributed Disk Services (DDS)? If so, make sure your Scan Queue has been configured to use DDS:
Onbase Configuration | Import | Scan Queues | Process Options | Capture (tab) -> under "Misc Options" there is a checkbox for "Support DDS Disk Groups"
