I am the new Hyland OnBase Community Manger. While researching your question, I discovered that you had a case open with Hyland Support. I am posting the answer here so other community members can see the advice given to you:
Depending on how the Document is set up, there could be numerous ways of completing this. If there is something standardized on the Document to say "here is the check", Advance Capture could be set to look for that string of characters or specific section and function that way. But you could also run into each Document being slightly different and not having enough standardized items to be able to identify the Document/Sections.
