If I have users that are working in scan queues, but are not workstations where scanning will take place, can we lock the scan format field so the user doesn't attempt to click on that field?
For the users that will not be performing any scanning, you could use the scan queue 'override processing queues' option under user groups & rights | scan queues to hide the processing queues not related to the tasks these users will be performing, so they won't have access to those types of options (such as modifying scan formats).
