We have a Fujitsu scan station in one of our offices that is being used to scan multiple documents for the same account (same keywords for each document). The user is using patch sheets to separate the documents during the scanning process into OB, which is working fine. We have the scan queue configured to keep keywords so that the user doesn't have to index each document, which worked fine until we upgraded to v.18 two months ago. Now, the keywords are coming in and associating with the first document in the batch, but they're not copying over to the subsequent documents in the same batch. Any thoughts?
