Find what documents have been configured for Advanced Capture

Hello,  Is there a basic report or a menu option that will list all documents that have been configured with advanced capture. I'm finding that one of my documents is randomly assigning itself to one of a few document headings.  The documents seem to have the same form identity, and I'm hoping to clean up any duplicates.

There isn't a report per se - but you can see this information in the Advanced Capture configuration interface, in the tree view on the left side of the window.  One node will show all configured 'incoming' document type(s)... and under each, the form templates that are assigned.
