Error "Cannot complete import to scan process #xxx because the batch is null" when trying to push a document from workflow to a capture process

Hi,

I am on OnBase EP3 & getting the same error below every time I try to push a document from workflow using an ad-hoc task to the "Import" queue of a capture process. 

Cannot complete import to scan process #103 because the batch is null.

The same logic is working fine in OnBase 18. I tried recreating the scan queue without luck. Any Idea?
