Document was not added to workflow

Is there a way to be notified when a document is not added to workflow such as a scan queue is setup to initiate workflow but a document for some reason does not go in to workflow and in the workflow transactions a record is added with a log date and time with the message "Document was not added to workflow"?

Is there a way to determine why it was not added?

Hi Jose,

We did look at the history, that's how we found the error that the document did not enter workflow. There was a logged transaction stating that the Document did not enter workflow. No reason why.

I suspect that there may have been an issue and the end user was probably prompted with something in which the continued and the document was committed but  was not added to the workflow.

Hi Lynn,

When you say that you looked at the Document History, from the Thick Client did you see the logged message in the upper windows (Document History) or in the lower window (Workflow History)?
