Document Image Moves When Attempting to Configure Advanced Capture Form

On EP3.  When attempting to configure a form for Advanced Capture in the Thick Client, the document image moves/jumps as if the system is trying to process or display it properly. The client's menu options are not available/greyed out and I have to use Task Manager to end the Client. Workaround has been to have the client window not maximized in order to pull in the batch image. Is this a bug?  Document is a PDF with multiple fonts and a green bar appearance.

We have a user with a similar issue. We found that dragging the advanced capture configuration window to another monitor made it stop flashing. They could even drag it back to the original monitor and it would work fine after that. Definitely not an optimal solution, but at least we can work around it.
