Client Not Respond problem

I have Onbase environment with Kodak i1220 scanner.  While we are scanning, client hangs, randomly.  It is same in Onbase Client and Unity Client.We upgraded to Version 12 but still same.I tried to change Workstation computer as well.Any Idea ?
