Auditing documents received through Virtual Print Driver

We are trying to create a process to audit items that are received in OnBase via the Virtual Print Driver.  We were thinking a workflow would be our best route to do this.  Has anyone else created such a thing?  Is there something unique to trigger on that indicates the document came through Virtual Print Driver?

Hi Brianne,

At this time we don’t have anything that differentiates a document imported with the Virtual Print Driver versus a normal import.  I have heard of customers using Workflow to audit documents that are brought in by the VPD.  The concept that I am familiar with is that they have all users import to one document type.  That document type sends the documents into Workflow where the power user audits the documents and then uses an ad hoc Workflow task to assign the documents to the correct document type and make any other changes that are necessary.
