The Virtual Print Driver is version independent.  What does this mean for you?  It means that you can upgrade VPD without upgrading your whole OnBase system.

As an example, your organization has OnBase 14.0, but you want VPD 15.0 because it has a new function that you really need.  You can go ahead and upgrade VPD to 15.0 while still maintaining your existing OnBase 14.0 system.

What about the VPD Listener?

The VPD Listener is tied to a specific OnBase version because it is built on the Unity Platform.  If there is a new feature or functionality in a later version, you will want to look into upgrading your system to have the latest and greatest VPD Listener.
