Is anyone currently using the OnBase Integration with the EpicCare Link Upload feature and willing to talk with us about their user workflow?
We have successfully integrated the OnBase Viewer within EpicCare Link. Our focus is now seeing if we can have the documents uploaded store in OnBase instead of the Epic Blob.
- Do you use more than one document type?
- Do you use the Epic In-basket to determine if those documents are Accepted or Denied?
- Does the majority of the work occur in Epic or OnBase Unity?
