My organization is migrating from OneContent to OnBase with integration with Epic hosted. With OneContent we were able to control access to documents from within OneContent. Hyland is telling us that we need to change our thinking and have the Document Type access controlled in Epic Security as the source of Truth due to the integration. Is there anyone that has migrated from OneContent (controlling access to documents even though we are integrated with Epic) to OnBase with integration with Epic and has had to shift their thinking on where the control of documents resides. If anyone has any ideas please reach out.
