Has anyone experienced problems with importing images from a camera via Epic/Citrix into Hyland FOS? This process has been problematic since we began, but now that we are upgrading to WIN7 64bit, we have users that can't upload at all. With XP, we were finally able to help users upload these, but there just did not seem to be any rhyme or reason as to why some worked and some did not. We are working to standardize the cameras- -( that is a "gotcha" on this type of deployment)
We have worked with Hyland and Epic Support, but still do not have a clear solution for resolving these issues.
If you all have learned anything that would help with this, we would be most grateful.
