Nova note 821824 OCR for Insurance Cards at reg

Does anyone know if OnBase is going to support this? 

You can now configure the system to allow registrars to create coverages by scanning an insurance card using Optical Character Recognition, or OCR, technology. 

We are version 18 but also interested if it will be available in newer releases.

   Do you mind having a meeting with a couple of the Hyland team members to discuss this workflow?  This would help us in getting a answer to this question and what options are available.

@Alex Cameron always happy to confer with Hyland! I had heard from someone, maybe my customer success manager, that this would not be available in OnBase at this time. Perhaps you have different information.

@Kristin Shelton I'm pretty sure this isn't available on the OnBase side at this time. I asked someone else, not sure who or where, maybe my customer support rep, and I remember they said not yet.
