We’ve lost several key builders of our Epic/OnBase connection. When someone uses Media Manager from Epic and clicks the ‘Scan’ button, the Front Office Scanning appears. Depending on the level that had been selected in Media Manager, certain document types appear in the list on the left (as configured in the FOS xml document type. There is a ‘ANY DOCUMENT’ defined as a document type. When ‘ANY DOCUMENT’ is selected, after the document has been scanned, ‘Document Information’ dialog box appears and a ‘Document Type’ drop down list is available.
