Issues Viewing PDF files while Sweeping in Epic 2012

We are having an issue with being unable to view swept PDF files into Epic.  The screen does not display the document.  We are on Epic 2012 and OnBase 11.2.303.  We do not see this with Adobe 9.5 viewer, however our Citrix environment is Adobe 10 and the users are just standard non local admin users.  Not admins.

Is anyone else having this as an issue?  We recently migrated all non-managed machines to a Citrix environment and we cannot find a solution to this.  Viewing the documents when launching from the chart works fine.

Laura and I worked on this as part of a related support issue, and discovered that the issue was related to Protected Mode being enabled by default with Adobe Reader X (10). 

After launching Adobe Reader X for the first time on a particular workstation, Protected Mode can be disabled by the user and PDF sweeping will function as expected.

To make this change system- or enterprise-wide for multiple Citrix servers or individual workstations, I was able to create/modify the following registry key to automatically configure Protected Mode to be disabled for all users on the workstation:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\10.0\FeatureLockDown

- Inside of FeatureLockDown, create a new DWORD value (if one does not exist) titled bProtectedMode and set the value to 0.
- This can be applied as a Group Policy via custom ADM/X or as a *.reg file to be applied to each Citrix host or workstation individually.
