Hi Pam, I can't speak for other users, but OnBase has solutions for managed care. There are several possibilities including the simplest which is integrated capture and integrated retrieval for managed care documents. Further, with the necessary modules (i.e. Advanced Capture, etc.), OnBase can extract discrete data from paper claims and then create a data file (i.e. EDI 837-like file) for posting into the claims system (i.e. Tapestry).
