In our environment, we typically upload documents in OnBase, and use an HL7 Workflow to send a link over to Epic. But for the project that I'm currently working on, we're doing that in reverse. The idea is that end users will upload items in Epic Media Manager, and they will get sent over to OnBase via WBPT. (WBPT is already configured in our OnBase environment, but is used minimally.)
The Epic team has built a new Doc Type for this effort, and I have configured the same Doc Type in OnBase, and verified the exact spelling of the Doc Type. From an OnBase configuration perspective, is there anything else that needs to be done? Would I need to add the Doc Type to the Front Office Scanning config file (it's coming from Epic Media Manager, but I'm just thinking about any possible integration configs/files)?
