When creating a package it looks to not be processing the whole page correctly sometimes

Hello All,

   We are intermittently running into an issue where some pages are looking partially process and leaving big grey sections on  the pages in the package.

This is OB 16.0.1.51.

Not sure what would be causing this. Any help would be great.
