Hello All,
I have a user who has Doc Comp for OB16 and Word 2010 installed. When they try to add a place holder the window to name it appears but when you click on OK nothing happens. The place holder prompt does not appear on the document and the placeholder setting pane does not appear on the left. We have reinstalled both word and doc comp and they are setup with the same security settings as there co-workers who have no issue.
Any ideas on settings that I'm missing?
