Is it possible to use Workview Formatted Text fields in doc comp?

I tried to do it, but instead of giving me the text, it just fills the placeholder with XML data instead of the text.

Document Composition does not support Formatted Text WorkView attribute data.  For more information see page 42 of the Document Composition MRG.
