We recently purchased the Document Packet module and I'm configuring my first packet. The packet is going to house a letter that is generated from a Doc Comp template and a related document. The related document is the primary item. When I run the packet in Workflow, Diagnostics is throwing an error: Doc Packet Template 101 Item Set 101 Doc Comp Template 286: failed to compose. I checked the template and it has the same rights/doc type as the document packet. Is there something else I need to check in my configuration of the packet or template restricting the generation of the template? Do I need to first generate the template and then use it in the packet or should I be able to generate the template and packet at the same time?
