What's planned for 17?

Is there any information available regarding what new features and functionality will be in the 17 release?  We have a customer who will be upgrading to 16 SP2 and would like to know if there is a case for updating again when 17 comes out.  Thanks.

Hi Todd,

In OnBase 17 we created the Unity Client for use with SAP ArchiveLink. This new module replaces our existing Desktop integration and provides some nice improvements while still maintaining familiarity with existing processes.

Some highlights include:

- A layout that matches the Unity Client

- Ability to access all licensed functions of regular Unity Client in the same session as the SAP Unity Client

- Ability to access Archive Client straight from the right click menu of the taskbar

- Ability to modify appsettings so only certain operations are visible (such as only displaying Mass Archive, or displaying Import and Sweep etc.)

- Ability to modify an appsetting to have all documents in an Archive Client batch selected by default

Also, for increased security we've added a login screen to ArchiveLink Admin.
