I am 99% sure this error is related to your ArchiveLink Server not having an ODBC connection to the DB.  Unfortunately, we learned this past week that ArchiveLink has not been updated to fully utilize the ADO.Net.  We are a Hyland Cloud Customer, but our SAP is on prem, we attempted to install ArchiveLink server on prem with the thought it could talk back to the application server like other modules using ADO.Net, however we found out otherwise.

ACTUALIZATION:

We created a USER for ARCHIVELINK, the user must be a SERVICE ACCOUNT, and then, you must to put THIS ACCOUNT in the ARCHIVE LINK PANEL / Configuration / Settings / User and Password.

Then we have no issues, no errror logs when we enter on Repositories or Server Status, all good

We opened a case with Hyland for that issue last Friday, we are waiting for the response

i will look for your advice.

The entire message log on diagnostic console its:
