Now live: Cisco to Genesys phone system changeover
On Tuesday, March 26, Hyland transitioned from our existing Cisco phone system to a more advanced Genesys telephone solution to create a streamlined experience for customers and partners.
Technical support contact phone numbers are changing from multiple phone numbers per product to one new number per country, inclusive of all product lines. New numbers are posted and now available on the Hyland CommunityTechnical Support wiki page. Bookmark this page for reference.
Existing numbers will route to the new numbers for a period and then phase out; however, customers are encouraged to update previously saved contact information to reflect new technical support numbers upon launch.
