Last chance to nominate your solution for the Hyland Innovation Awards

Three finalists in each category will be recognized at the awards program and receive a complimentary main conference pass to CommunityLIVE 2024. Winners will be chosen live during the awards program and receive hotel accommodations for the event.

It is not too late to nominate your solution or partner organization for the following award categories before submissions close on Friday, May 31. Categories include:

Now live: Cisco to Genesys phone system changeover

On Tuesday, March 26, Hyland transitioned from our existing Cisco phone system to a more advanced Genesys telephone solution to create a streamlined experience for customers and partners.

Technical support contact phone numbers are changing from multiple phone numbers per product to one new number per country, inclusive of all product lines. New numbers are posted and now available on the Hyland CommunityTechnical Support wiki page. Bookmark this page for reference.

Existing numbers will route to the new numbers for a period and then phase out; however, customers are encouraged to update previously saved contact information to reflect new technical support numbers upon launch.
