Hello everyone,

 

We wanted to let the Hyland API community know that the Hyland API Support team has changed how cases are submitted. The support process has been fully converted to online submissions via the Community Support system. The APISupport@hyland.com support email is no longer active.

 

The API Support team will no longer be monitoring emails and no support cases will be created from emails submitted. To submit a new API support case, please submit them via your standard first line of support process.
