Thank you for being a valued Hyland customer. We recently updated how customers connect to the license server that require immediate action. Below you will find information for system administrators. If you are not the right contact, please share these details with the appropriate contact at your organization.

Recent updates
In an effort to reduce downtime for organizations using DataTransfer or NolijWeb, Hyland has removed the requirement for updating the hosts file when changes occur to the license server. Hyland has also made internal changes to address the process around which all parties receive maintenance notifications in the future.

Impacted versions
If you are using any version of DataTransfer or NolijWeb 6.8.24 and lower, you may be impacted. 

Potential disruption
Impacted DataTransfer and NolijWeb users may experience invalid license errors and/or disabled login and job services. To resolve these issues, please review and take the actions described in the Technical Support Knowledge Base article.
 
Action required
Log in to Hyland Community, our dedicated customer portal, to take the recommended measures in preparation for future migrations to prevent any errors from occurring. Please share this information with your organization’s system administrator.
